60-Day Money-Back Guarantee (first-time purchases only)
At It's Pawssible, your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we offer a risk-free 60-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases.
If you're not satisfied with your first purchase of any It's Pawssible product, simply contact us at info@itspawssible.orgwithin 60 days of delivery, and we'll refund you in full — no return required in most cases.
Important notes:
- Applies only to first-time purchases of a specific product.
- Limited to one refund per product type per customer.
- Handling and optional shipping protection fees are non-refundable.
- If you choose to exchange your product, the money-back guarantee no longer applies.
Recurring Contributions
If you enrolled in a recurring contribution program, your initial charge covers your product (for example, your bracelet) and is governed by the 60-day money-back guarantee above.
Each subsequent recurring charge is a contribution only and does not include a shipped product. Recurring contributions are therefore not eligible for the 60-day money-back guarantee.
If a recurring contribution was charged in error, or you did not intend to remain enrolled, contact us at info@itspawssible.org within thirty (30) days of the charge and we will refund that charge in full. Contributions older than thirty (30) days are generally non-refundable, as funds may already have been disbursed to the initiatives we support. We review requests outside this window case by case.

Cancellation
Cancelling your recurring contribution. You may cancel at any time, using either method:
- Log in to your customer portal at the top right of itspawssible.org and follow the cancellation instructions; or
- Email us at info@itspawssible.org.
To avoid your next scheduled charge, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before your next billing date. We will never require you to call, speak with a representative, or complete extra steps beyond those required to sign up.
Order cancellation window. We understand that plans can change, and we'll do our best to accommodate order cancellations. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to stop your order before it ships, our team works quickly to ensure timely delivery, and we cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible once an order has been processed in our system.
Cancellation fee. A $2.00 restocking fee may apply to cancelled product orders to cover administrative costs.
Non-cancellable orders. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. In that case, please follow the return process below.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@itspawssible.org with your order number and a photo of the item. You do not need to return the damaged item — we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item in accordance with this policy. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item. Note that requesting an exchange voids the 60-day money-back guarantee for that product.
Shipping Costs
- We offer free shipping on all orders. Optional paid add-ons at checkout (such as shipping protection, priority processing, or expedited handling) are non-refundable.
- If a return is approved for a multi-unit order, It's Pawssible may cover return shipping for unopened items (on first-time purchases only).
- For all other returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Return Instructions
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@itspawssible.org with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
- Send the item back to the address we provide. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Processing Times
After our fulfillment team receives your return, it generally takes up to ten (10) business days to process your refund. Once processed, it may take up to a further ten (10) days for the refund to post to your account, depending on your financial institution. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
European Union and United Kingdom Orders
EU and UK customers may cancel or return unopened products within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer withdrawal rights. Returned items must be in original condition with proof of purchase. This statutory right is in addition to, and does not limit, the 60-day money-back guarantee above.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Items marked "final sale" or "non-returnable";
- Optional shipping protection;
- Priority order processing or expedited handling fees;
- Gift cards, or orders placed using gift cards;
- Recurring contributions outside the window described above.
All sales are final 90 days after order fulfillment.
Policy Amendments
It's Pawssible reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.

By placing an order with It's Pawssible or enrolling in a recurring contribution program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.
